By accessing or using the Watchman platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. User Content and Streams
You retain ownership of your content and video streams. You grant Watchman a limited license to process content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such content and streams.
4. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing video/audio recording, surveillance, notice, consent, and signage in each jurisdiction where you operate. Do not use the Service for unlawful surveillance, to violate privacy rights, to harass, or to otherwise infringe the rights of any person. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, or use it in violation of export or control laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by Watchman or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. No Guarantee of Detection and Accuracy
You acknowledge that the Service may not detect or correctly classify every event, person, or object and may produce false positives or false negatives. The Service is not a life‑safety or emergency response system and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protection or monitoring. You remain responsible for your security procedures and responses.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchman and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeServeAI (d/b/a Watchman) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third‑party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights; or (d) content or video you upload, provide, or route through the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Fulton County, Georgia, or via online arbitration at the parties’ mutual agreement, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or confidentiality breaches.
15. Third‑Party Content and Services
The Service may interact with third‑party cameras, networks, platforms, or content. We do not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third‑party services or links. Your use of third‑party platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for configuring your cameras, networks, and firewalls to enable access as needed.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeServeAI regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
