Monitoring
Watch events in real time, search like you’re talking to your cameras, share filtered views, and turn moments into clips.
Live monitoring overview
The Monitoring page is your real‑time feed of AI‑detected events. See what’s happening now across all cameras, then click any event to open details, frame snapshots, agent notes, and related stream information.
Talk to your cameras (natural language search)
Type what you’re looking for like a normal sentence. Watchman translates your request and searches across recent events, metadata, and frames.
- “Show people wearing red jackets near the front entrance in the last 10 minutes.”
- “Any trucks at the loading dock after 7pm yesterday?”
- “Find events with multiple people and no hard hats.”
Tip
Add time windows and locations for best results. You can combine natural language with the standard Stream/Agent filters.
Filters and search
- Filter by Stream to focus on one camera.
- Filter by Agent to see events handled by a specific agent.
- Adjust the time range to narrow or broaden results.
- Use the search bar for keywords or natural language (see “Talk to your cameras”).
Clips
Clips are short video segments produced from AI‑detected events. They capture the important moments so you can review, download, and share them quickly.
- Click an event in Monitoring.
- Choose “Open Clip” to watch the event, or create a new clip for a specific window.
- Download or share the clip.
Troubleshooting
- No events? Verify your streams are healthy and assigned to agents if applicable.
- Missing data? Check time range and filters; broaden as needed.
- Share link issues? Regenerate the link and confirm recipient access.
